Pediatric Health Choice will not release your personal data to anyone else without your consent and only as required and permitted by laws.  Information may be used by Pediatric Health Choice to inform and notify the child’s family or caregivers, other health care providers, insurances and payors in the coordination of care, delivery and payment.

Financial information that is collected is used for billing and account reconciliation for products and services, but is never released to anyone without a defined "need to know" for any reason.
